Now that the NBK preference shares have been converted to ordinary shares at the ratio of 1:1 meaning there will be a massive dilution.
So what will be the price of NBK shares factoring the conversion.

Excellent question from Ericsson. NBK is probably trying to decrease costs by converting preference shares to ordinary ones. Certainly there will be a massive dilution. However, I think that nobody can be certain about future share price, as market is expected to react on such news
